The Hendrik, only four units remain on the market and the façade is nearly complete. Designer
Beyer Blinder Belle was inspired by
Boerum Hill’s industrial past; to that end, the façade is made of Petersen brick, a Danish handmade, coal-fired brick that brings a unique tonality to the six-story building.
